REGGAETON NIÑOS VOL. 1 AN ALBUM MADE BY KIDS FOR KIDS

Miami, FL. December 2, 2005 - Following in the footsteps of the renowned multi-platinum "Kids Bop" series, UBO (Urban Box Office) presents Reggaeton Niños Vol. 1, the first ever, kids-oriented reggaeton album. Reggaeton Niños features five talented youths from New York City, between the ages of 10 and 16, who sing reggaeton hits adapted to kids' tastes. Reggaeton Niños Vol. 1 will be released on December 6th, 2005, but it is already on sale on www.reggaeton-ninos.com.

Reggaeton Niños was conceived by Adam Kidron, CEO of UBO, a company that distributes original content from established artists and new talents in traditional music stores and throughout non-traditional sales points. This first album was produced by Elvin "Romeo" Ovalles of Afuego Records.

The CD contains 12 reggaeton smash hits plus five bonus sing-a-long tracks for fans to sing, record and submit their own versions in a contest to become the next Reggaeton Nino in Volume 2. The music video and other exclusive Niño themed "edu-tainment" content is available online at www.reggaeton-ninos.com. In addition, the contest rules to become the Reggaeton Niño will be available on the official website in the coming weeks.

UBO passionately believes in equal access to education, and has agreed to donate $5,000 plus a portion of the proceeds from the sale of every Reggaeton Niños album sold to The Global Fund for Children (www.globalfundforchildren.org). This charitable organization provides grants designed specifically to target and strengthen small grassroots entities that improve education for children who would otherwise be left behind.
