VICO C NOMINATED FOR THE BILLBOARD LATIN AWARDS

He competes for Latin Rap/Hip-Hop Album of the Year for his record

“En Honor a la Verdad” (EMI Latin)

VICO C was nominated for the Billboard Latin Music Awards 2004 in the category of Latin Rap/Hip-Hop Album of the Year for his record “En Honor a la Verdad” (EMI Latin).

This nomination is an addition to a long series of successful events for the Latin Grammy Winner, who has been in the list of Billboard Latin Music Awards nominees countless times. His album “En Honor a la Verdad” has reached RIAA Latin Gold status, after debuting # 5 on the Latin sales chart, a record breaking position debut chart position for a Latin Rap act.

With a career spanning over 15 years and seven records, VICO C is one of the most respected Latin Rap Artists in the market, this new nomination reaffirms his prestige and proves that his career keeps on the rise.

“El Filósofo del Rap”, as he’s also known, competes against Akwid, Don Omar y Jae-P. The winner will be announced on April 29th during a live show telecast by Telemundo in Miami.
